Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Aran47 platform ("Website"), operated by Yellow Bay Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). These T&C govern your use of the Website and participation in our multi-level marketing (MLM) program featuring the Sudharsana Silver Plate ("Maha Lakshmi Mantra").

2. Membership Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Membership is non-transferable and can be terminated at the sole discretion of the Company for any violation of these T&C.

3. Joining Fee

To participate in the MLM program, a one-time joining fee of INR 3,500 is mandatory.

The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Referral Structure

Participants must refer 7 direct individuals to advance in the 8-level MLM structure.

Advancement is contingent upon successfully meeting the referral and sales criteria defined by the Company.

5. Product Purchase

All members are required to purchase the Sudharsana Silver Plate as part of the program.

The product is non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Compliance and Code of Conduct

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Misrepresentation, unethical practices, or spamming will result in immediate termination of membership.

The Company holds no liability for actions taken by members outside the defined guidelines.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice for violation of these T&C, misuse of the program, or any action deemed harmful to the Company’s interests.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any financial losses, legal claims, or damages arising from participation in the MLM program.

The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Confidentiality

Members must maintain the confidentiality of Company’s proprietary information, including marketing strategies and participant details.

11. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
